Vehicle Tracking, Custom Locations

Adding a location for example a regular customer office or your own company sites couldn't be easier. See the image above as a sample of the interface.

There is no limit to the number of customer locations that can be added to the system. The advantages of having your locations stored is as follows:

• - Difficult to find customer locations or important sites can be stored on the the system and directions to this can be past on to all the drivers.


• - Storing regularly visited locations is a great for assisting in route effecieny analysis.


• - You can work out how many times a praticular location was visited in any given period of time. For example, "How many times did we visit this customer in the last year?"


• - You can set a geo fence around certain locations and set alerts to know when a vehicle enters or exits a praticular site. For example, record everytime a vehicle exits or enters the depot.


• - If you have already recorded the GPS co-ordinates of your important site it is very simple to have them bulk uploaded to the system.
