Can a customer download video from the dash cam's SD card onto a PC?
Video can be downloaded using our software
Yes, you will need to download the VT2000 software from our partner portal and then the software will run the video from the SD card. Without our software the data on the SD is encrypted and cannot be accessed for security & GDPR reasons.
