What do the icon colours indicate on the Live Map?

Regardless of which icon you use to represent your vehicle we will use these colours to represent the status of a vehicle:

A green icon indicates the ignition of a vehicle is ON

A red icon indicates that the ignition of a vehicle is OFF

An orange icon indicates that the vehicle is idling (the ignition is on but the vehicle is stationary)

A yellow icon indicates that the tracker in the vehicle has stopped functioning and has not sent an update for over 12 hours. Check that the vehicle does not have a dead battery or a master switch engaged. If not, please reach out to support for help.
