Maintenance: Creating a service based on the odometer value rather than distance
When creating a new service you will be able to see the current odometer value of the vehicle selected and the odometer for the next service.
- Log on to your Transpoco account.
- Click on the Services > Maintain.
- Then click on the “Service”.
- Then you need to choose a vehicle.
- Then add a title of this service, in this case, “Travel distance” is the title.
- Then you could select the service type based on the alert, in this case, “Oil Change” is the service type.
- Don’t forget to choose a location for this vehicle.
- You could also add notes to non complete services.
- Then choose “Travel Distance” as the Schedule.
- You will see the current vehicle odometer and you could also add a distance until next service.
- Then you are able to set an alert based on the travel distance.
Note: Once the distance reaches the percentage of the value you have set in the alert, the alert will be triggered.
11. Once you are ready, click on the save button. .
