Running a report for an archived vehicle

After we stop the tracking of a vehicle, the registration will disappear from the list of registrations in the Reports section. However, if you need to access data from a vehicle we have stopped tracking there is a solution.

To start, go to the navigation menu and under Setup select Vehicles. 

On the Vehicles page click the Archive tab to view the list of cancelled vehicles.

Scroll across to the Visibility column. Click the icon highlighted below. As a result, the registration will appear on the list of vehicle registrations in the Reports section.

(If you cannot see the registration on the list of vehicles in Reports, log-out and log-in for the change to take affect)

This change will not reactivate the tracker. You can run reports on the data collected by the tracker before the tracker was cancelled/stopped.

To re-archive the vehicle do the opposite, enter vehicle archive section, search for the vehicle in question and click the hide button in the visibility column.
