What is the Journeys Report?

This report displays details on each trip from start location to stop location across the selected time period. Essentially, it's anytime a vehicle is turned on to when the vehicle is next turned off. This report is useful when looking to pinpoint a specific part of a driver's day. Route playback allows you to follow the snail trail of the vehicle's journey.

Generating a Journeys report - Filters

Before you run a Journeys report you will choose your filters.

Journeys Report

Default data points include; Vehicle Registration, Date, Journey Start Time, Journey Start Location, Journey Stop Time, Journey Stop Location, Journey Time, Idling time, Distance, Route Playback

Exporting the Journeys Report

Click 'Export' above the Route Playback column to export the data in the report. The report can be exported to CSV and Excel.

 

Route Playback

Click this icon under the 'Route Playback' column to view the trail of the journey on a map.  

The Route Playback screen shows the trail of a journey on the top half of the screen. The bottom half of the screen shows the individual updates from the tracker.
