Will video footage be erased when the camera's SD memory card is full?

The data is stored on an SD card; the default size we offer is 64 GB.

The camera records on a continuous loop: once the card is full, the oldest footage is erased automatically to create space for new recordings (first in, first out — FIFO), so at any given time the most recent hours of driving are always available on the camera.

The looped recording time depends on the camera model:

• One Channel: approximately 50 hours
• Two Channels: approximately 25 hours

However, any videos which have been manually requested and videos of events captured by AI cameras will remain in your Transpoco account until you request their deletion (via support@transpoco.com)."
