The Fuel Purchase Summary displays the total amount of fuel transactions for a vehicle registration during the selected time period. The details of the purchases come from the fuel card provider. The report also displays the number of purchases matched/verified by GPS.
As the Fuel Consumption Summary report only considers refills, we created this report to show the details of all purchases/fills during the selected time period as well as the total number of litres.
The report highlights any discrepancies between the mileage declared by the driver and the mileage recorded by Transpoco at the time of the purchase.
The report also displays the number of times the vehicle registration was declared correctly during each purchase.
In the Filter options, you can select a time period, run the report for a vehicles' group or run the report for a vehicle.
You can export the report by clicking the export icon located above the Distance column.
