How can I monitor driver behaviour using fleet telematics?
You can view driver behaviour reports for the entire fleet, for a single vehicle or for a single driver if you have enabled the driver option ID, or by type of warning (speeding, hard braking, rapid acceleration and idling) and compare them with the fuel consumption reports to see how much it affects your fleet's fuel consumption.
This data will give you an idea of the improvements you need to make to meet your fuel economy goals. It's available in summaries or through a special feature called "Map My Issues" to see if there are specific areas that could be causing recurring driving problems.
The system also gives you the ability to reward drivers by setting up contests based on safety or fuel economy. Drivers receive updates on their mobile phones through the Perform app, which helps raise awareness through the game.
