At Transpoco, we work every day to go that extra mile to help people overcome their daily challenges in their capacity as fleet managers. In order to do so, we are constantly creating fleet management resources with the sole aim of making life easier for those of you responsible for a fleet.
Through our website, we have made available a resource centre which includes eBooks, templates and videos; have a look at it if you haven’t already done so, chances are you might find content that helps you in managing your vehicles or solving some problems.
In our resource centre you will find:
- EBooks—usually on a specific topic, such as safety, fuel or maintenance; they offer great help on how to manage your fleet and tips.
- Samples and templates—useful pdfs that you can print off and use for your fleet or as a starting point for creating your own processes. For example, you will find checklists (walkaround checklist, winter checklist…), a fleet policy sample and the driver declaration form, useful for either your newly hired drivers or for gathering information about your team.
- Videos—this is a great section indeed; you will find practical advice from experts, such as safety authorities and fleet managers, on fuel, risk assessment and fleet maintenance.
We hope you will find everything useful; we create our material in order to provide the best experience for you, but we also want to know what you think as well: which resources do you find useful, and which ones would you like to see included?
