Transpoco Move

Transpoco Move allows you to monitor your fleet’s location, 24/7 with our Real Time Location, providing you with customisable instant feedback on vehicle status across your fleet.

Access your vehicle status in both map and table format, with live updates enabling you to trace back vehicle positions and prevent theft or misuse.

With a simple colour coordinated interface, you can view the status of your vehicle’s engine (on/off/setting up).

With regular updates every 60 seconds, you can track your vehicles in real time, with an additional ability to set up live traffic updates to advise your drivers of potential issues or hazards, diverting them if needed.

Interactive viewing modes allow you to see your fleet from a satellite view (birds eye view to quickly see your vehicle on the map), street view (a 3D, street level view to pinpoint a vehicle exact location), or OSM (an alternative mapping view with more detail available in certain areas.

Set up a locations database within your system to store all your key customer or branch locations for quick access.

All key sited can be geofenced (assigned to a “virtual perimeter”) within the system, providing you with alerts and reports recording when a vehicle has arrived, how much time was spent onsite, and departure information.

Customise your user-friendly interface to suit your organisation, with a range of icons and colours, helping you to map out your customer areas, identify patterns and areas of stronger or weaker customer bases.

Integrated geofencing allows Transpoco Move to add an additional layer of security for your fleet, preventing theft and giving extra protection to divers in special areas.

Designed to assist busy fleet managed with limited time or access to a PC, Transpoco move has multiple, flexible, and fully customisable options for daily and/or weekly reports via email or SMS.

Declare and set up your key KPI alerts or get alerts built on multiple events.

Set up default alert receipts allowing you to see, for example, vehicles used outside of work hours, vehicles entering/exiting sites during unauthorised hours or vehicles spending too long on site.

Stop reports allow you to view how many jobs have been completed throughout the day, how long each job took (including breaks), and detailed start and stop locations.

Reports include your custom locations, and integrated Google Maps and Street view allow you to see all your fleet’s designated stops.

Compare and match up time sheets, comparing times on site for different jobs and locations as well as keep track on breaks, lunch hours and any unusual activity.

Transpoco Move Fleet Summary provides a report summary of detailed and specific information for a designated period of time, allowing you to check shift start and end times as well as view the number of journeys and jobs completed across the designated period.

Other information available in the summary includes mileage and routes with full playback availability.

An easy to us, visual representation showing where your vehicles have travelled throughout the day.

GPS tracking technology within Transpoco Move collects real-time data from your fleet, translating it into a heatmap, allowing you to see the most concentrated areas of activity.

You can choose to have PTO equipment monitored and choose from a variety of PTO reports. This add on in available on request.

This information can be displayed within a PTO report, including: the time and location the PTO was turned on and off, the duration of time the PTO was turned on and the route of the journey between start and stop times.

The Driver ID feature add on is available on request, allowing for unlimited driver and unlimited vehicle tracking.

Customised alerts for individual drivers can be built into the system depending on your unique requirements (e.g., speed notifications etc).
